Q: What products/services are offered by Wallhogs?
A: Wallhogs provides enlarged digital printing services on several types of material to include:
- 4 Mil Matte White Reusable Wall Vinyl for Wallhog Custom/In-Stock Graphics
- Is easily removed from smooth surfaces without leaving any residue
- Can be repositioned numerous times for easy relocation
- Stores easily on original backing material
- Scratch and water resistant inks for easy cleaning and maintenance
- Several sizes available ranging from Piglet (24") up to Hogg (84")
- Reusable polyester fabric for Wallhog Custom/In-Stock Graphics
- Adheres to nearly any surface - indoor or outdoor (longevity varies on bare brick, cinder block and stucco).
- Indestructible - Treated to be waterproof, UV, chemical and wrinkle resistant.
- Reusable - Can be moved over and over again (our tests proven up to 200 moves).

Q: Do you offer editing of images or graphics?
A: We do. However in an attempt to offer you reasonable
pricing this is not included in the pricing displayed for each product.
Due to the labor involved for these type of edits/changes we must charge an
additional fee of $65.00 per hour.

Q: What file formats do you accept?
A: Wallhogs accepts any of the following file formats:
- .jpg
- .eps
- .tiff
- .svg
- .psd
Q: How do I know if my image will work?
A: The subject in your photo, at a minimum, should encompass 50% of the entire image.If the image
does not meet this requirement the quality when enlarged will appear pixelated and blurry. You should also
follow the guidelines set below for resolution requirements.
Q: What are your minimum resolution requirements for an image?
A: Digital camera images require a minimum resolution of 2048x1536.
This resolution is available on any camera with a megapixel rating of 3 or more.
Simply set your image capture settings to the highest quality.
Scanned images require a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at 8"x10".
Remember the output quality is only as good as the input quality of the image.

Q: Will my digital printing design look just like it does on the computer screen?
A: Very close. Computer screen resolution and printer resolutions are different. Computers use ppi (pixels per inch) to display text or images while printers utilize dpi (dots per inch) to print. However, we do process your images through our systems before printing to color match. Characteristics of the print material (matte, satin, gloss, etc.) will also affect the appearance of an image.

Q: What payment options are available?
A: Wallhogs accepts credit cards as well as payment through PayPal. The following forms of payment are accepted:

Q: Can I purchase multiple items with the same imprint?
A: Yes. Simply enter the quantity of each item you wish to order during the order process.
Q: Do you allow changes to an order?
A: Due to the quick turn-around times we can only accept changes or cancellations within the first 12 hours you place your order.
Q: Can I add different designs to the same order?
A: Yes. Simply follow the instructions during the order process.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, but only within the first 12 hours that you have placed your order.
Q: Do I get to see a proof of my artwork before printing?
Yes. However, the only proofs we seek approval for are the Reusable Vinyl & Photo-Tex Wallhogs. This ensures that we have removed the image(s) you requested from your photo and what you approve is what is to be printed. Proofs are emailed to you within 24-48 hours after your order is submitted and we have processed the image.

Q: How secure is the order process?
A: You can be assured our checkout process is very secure. We use the latest SSL (secure socket layer) to process your order.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: As we produce all orders submitted within a 2-3 day timeframe it would be difficult to keep a database updated with the status of every order. If you have any concerns or questions pertaining to your order please contact us at cs@wallhogs.com.
Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive an email containing the UPS tracking number, which can be used at the Wallhogs home page or the UPS website.

Q: Who do you use for shipping?
A: All packages are shipped via UPS.
Q: What are the delivery times?
Delivery times will vary according to the type of shipping selected and the distance as compared to Wallhogs, which is located east of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day and Next Day shipping are available during the checkout process.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Currently we offer Canada, however we are working
with UPS to offer international shipping to other countries.

Q: What are your business hours?
A: Our business hours are Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We deliver high-quality products and services - and we do
so with a full 30 day money back guarantee. If the custom products you receive
differ materially from your original image, or if the goods are otherwise flawed,
then you may return the custom goods for a full refund, within 30 days of receiving
your custom order.However, during the image approval process, if you approve an image
we feel is questionable (you are notified in the comments section of the approval proof)
no return will be accepted.
All we ask is that you notify Wallhogs at rta@wallhogs.com to obtain an RTA number before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.
Q: Do you offer volume discounts?
A: Yes. Please contact us prior to placing any large volume orders. We will immediately provide you with a customized estimate.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Yes, but only on orders shipped to an address within the state of Pennsylvania.
