Q: How does the partnership work?
A: Wallhogs is offering a partnership to any photographer who wishes to offer Wallhogs to their customers. We offer photographers a global discount wherein they are able to resale the Wallhogs to their customers. Simply sign up for the free account and begin.
Q: What type of discount is offered and how do I receive it?
A: Wallhogs offers all photographers a global 20% discount.Photographers in turn may then resale at retail or, in many cases, mark-up the Wallhogs to their customers.Simply
complete the registration for a FREE account and the 20% discount will be enabled within 24 hours.
Q: Do I have to be a photographer to receive the discount?
A: Yes.
Q: Are bulk discounts offered?
A: Yes. Bulk discounts for photographers require a minimum order of $10,000. Bulk orders are processed manually by our Customer Service Department. Contact Customer Service at

Q: What tools/materials does Wallhogs offer to assist me?
A: Yes. Wallhogs offers several items to assist our partners in marketing and selling Wallhogs to their customers. We offer several FREE downloadable and customizable Adobe Photoshop brochures at the
Marketing Materials Section. Also offered at a reduced cost are over a dozen
display kits to assist in selling to your customers.
Q: Can I brand the print as my product?
A: If you wish to add your logo to the image prior to submission it will be printed. However, Wallhogs will not include any marketing/sales material pertaining to your business in the shipping package. If you wish Wallhogs to add your logo to the print it will incur a $25 graphics creation charge per print.
NFL Custom Poster prints are not available with your branding or logo as per the NFL contract in place.
Q: Does Wallhogs include any of their own marketing materials in the shipping package?
A:Due to demand for no-branding from our Preferred Photography Partners Wallhogs tested non-branding of our product through the majority of 2008. We are happy to state the test was a success and we now offer our partners non-branding of Wallhogs on a permanent basis.

Q: Do you offer editing/enhancement of images or graphics?
A: All background removal is performed FREE of charge. However,due to the labor involved for these type of edits/changes we must charge an additional fee of $65.00 per hour. Color matching for vector art will incur a charge of $19.99 per image. Contact our Customer Service Department at

Q: Are your NFL Custom Posters available on any other media and sizes?
A: Not at this time, however we are working on both reusable venyl and reusable Photo-Tex products for this product line.
Graphics Images/Artwork
Q: What file formats do you accept?
A: Wallhogs accepts any of the following file formats:
- .jpg
- .eps
- .pdf
- .tiff
- .svg
- .psd
Q: What is the best file format to submit my images as?
A: There are two types of graphics file formats; raster or bitmapped and vector.
Following are suggested file submission standards:
- Raster or bitmapped images are digital photographs or scanned images.
These files normally have an extension of .jpg or .tiff.
Either file format will work, however the higher the resolution of the file the better.
- Raster or bitmapped artwork created in a program such as Adobe
Photoshop will have file extensions of .jpg, .tiff or .psd.
These files can be submitted in any of these formats, however
we suggest a resolution of 300 dpi.
- Vector based images or artwork are normally
created in programs like Adobe
Illustrator or CorelDraw. These files have extensions such
as .eps, .pdf or .svg. Any logos, text or solid color artwork is
best submitted in one of these three file formats.
Q: How do I know if my image will work?
A:Following are guidelines that should be used to qualify your image:
- Digital Photos image must meet minimum resolution requirement
of 2048x1536 and subject to be printed should encompass at least 50%
of the entire photo.
- Scanned Images image must be scanned at 300 dpi
to even be considered for reproduction. Wallhogs recommends
image be scanned as a .tiff or .jpg.
- Logos or Artwork images produced as artwork
in raster based programs such as Adobe Photoshop must be
submitted at 300 dpi. Images submitted as vector images must
be submitted as .eps or .svg files.
Q: What are your minimum resolution requirements for an image?
A: Subject to be reproduced in photo or
artwork should encompass, at least, 50% of the
entire photo or canvas and meet the following resolution requirements:
- Digital Photos minimum resolution of 2048x1536 is
required for upload to your Wallhogs account. Any image not
meeting the minimum requirement will not upload. A 2048x1536
resolution is available on any digial camera with a MegaPixel rating
of 3 or higher (review your camera manual to determine the correct
setting on your camera).
- Scanned Images minimum of 300 dpi scan is
required for upload and Wallhogs recommends image be
scanned as a .tiff or .jpg.
- Logos or Artwork Any raster artwork must be
submitted at 300 dpi and meet minimum pixel dimensions
of 2048x1536. Vector artwork requires no minimum resolution
requirements.
Remember the output quality is only as good as the input quality of the image.

Q: Will my digital printing design look just like it does on the computer screen?
A: The printed image will appear fairly close to
the image on your computer screen. Computer screen and printer
resolutions are different, wherein computers use ppi (pixels per inch) to
display text or images while printers utilize dpi (dots per inch) to print.
Keep in mind computer monitors also backlight the image on your screen
whereas printing on different materials and finishes (matte, satin, gloss,
etc.) will also affect the appearance of the finished product.
Q: Do you perform color correction or any type of enhancements prior to printing?
A: No. We offer background removal at no cost, however any other graphics editing or enhancements incur an additional graphics editing charge of $65 per hour. If you wish to enhance or sharpen the image it must be completed prior to upload of the image to the Wallhogs website.
Q: How large and how many images can I upload into my personal account?
A: You may upload a maximum of 25 images
into your account and each image may be a maximum of 35MB in size.
If you are placing a bulk order of more than 25 images you may contact
our Customer Service Department at
cs@wallhogs.com to obtain our FTP server
information.

Q: What payment options are available?
A: Wallhogs accepts credit cards as well as payment through PayPal. The following forms of payment are accepted:

Q: What is the turn around time of my order?
A: 72 business hours for vinyl, glossy posters and canvas. 5 business days for Photo-Tex and 7 business days for NFL Custom Posters. Wallhogs business hours are Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST (excluding certain holidays - see holidays under General Questions). The image is processed within the first 24 hours and you are emailed a proof(vinyl cut-outs only) for approval. Once approved it takes another 24-48 hours for production, quality control and shipping. For orders of 10 images or more extra processing time is required. Contact our Customer Service Department for exact times.
IF A FASTER SHIPPING OPTION IS SELECTED PRODUCTION TIME STILL REAMINS 72 HOURS. FASTER SHIPPING OPTIONS DO NOT IMPLY RUSH PRODUCTION SERVICE. RUSH PRODUCTION SERVICE IS AVAILABEL FOR AN ADDITIONAL 30% SURCHARGE (MINIMUM OF $25.00).
Q: Can I combine multiple orders into a single order?
A: Yes. However, if you combine several customer orders into a single order and there is an issue with one of the images, it will delay shipment of the entire order. We highly recommend each customers order be placed individually to eliminate any delays in shipment of their product.
Q: Can I purchase multiple items with the same imprint?
A: Yes. Simply enter the quantity of each item you wish to order during the order process.
Q: Do you allow changes to an order?
A: Due to the quick turn-around times we can only accept changes or cancellations within the first 12 hours you place your order.
Q: Can I add different designs to the same order?
A: Yes. Simply follow the instructions during the order process.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, but only within the first 12 hours that you have placed your order.
Q: Do I get to see a proof of my artwork before printing?
A: Yes. However, the only proofs we seek approval for are the Reusable Vinyl & Photo-Tex Wallhogs. This ensures that we have removed the image(s) you requested from your photo and what you approve is what is to be printed. Proofs are emailed to you within 24-48 hours after your order is submitted and we have processed the image.
PLEASE ENSURE YOUR EMAIL SPAM FILTER WILL ALLOW MAIL FROM CS@WALLHOGS.COM TO DOWNLOAD. ALL PROOFS ARE SENT FROM THIS ADDRESS. FAILURE TO ALLOW ANY MAIL FROM US THROUGH MAY RESULT IN THE DELAY OF YOUR ORDER BEING PROCESSED.
Q: How secure is the order process?
A: You can be assured our checkout process is very secure. We use the latest SSL (secure socket layer) to process your order.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: As we produce all orders submitted within a
3-5 day timeframe it would be difficult to keep a database updated with
the exact status of every order. We do however provide you with a general
status and you may review the status by logging into your account and
selecting the View My Orders option. Following is the key used to determine status:
- Approved Pending Processing indicates your
order was received by our systems and is currently awaiting
processing by our Graphics Department.
- Approved Pending Customer OK image has been processed and uploaded to your account for review and approval.
Login to your account and select the Image Approval option.
- Approved Pending Ship image is currently in our
Production or Quality Assurance Department.
- Shipped order shipped and date order shipped.
- Cancelled order cancelled by customer.
- Denied during checkout process credit card was denied.
If you have any concerns or questions pertaining to your

processed and shipped you will receive an email containing the USPS
tracking number, date shipped and address shipped to.

Q: How do I upload images for a bulk order?
A: Once our Customer Service department has determined you have a valid bulk order, you will be given access to the Wallhogs ftp server for upload of your images.
Shipping
Q: Who do you use for shipping?
A: All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Both Priority (3 day) and Express (Overnight) are offered.
Q: What are the delivery times?
A: Delivery times will vary according to the type of shipping selected and the distance as compared to Wall-Hogs, which is located east of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. USPS Priority is a three day service (sooner the closer you are located to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) while USPS Express is Overnight.
Q: Will you drop ship to my customers?
A: Yes. In order for your customers to receive their product in a timely fashion we will drop ship to them. Simply enter their address into the shipping address field during checkout.

Q: What are your business hours?
A: Our business hours are Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time
Wallhogs also recognizes all holidays and is not open on the following:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We deliver high-quality products and services - and we do so with a full 30 day money back guarantee. If the custom products you receive differ materially from your original image, or if the goods are otherwise flawed, then you may return the custom goods for a full refund, within 30 days of receiving your custom order. However, during the image approval process, if you approve an image we feel is questionable (you are notified in the comments section of the approval proof) no return will be accepted.
All we ask is that you notify Wallhogs at rta@wallhogs.com to obtain an RTA number before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.
Q: Do you offer volume discounts?
A: Yes. Please contact our Customer Service Department prior to placing any large volume orders. We will immediately provide you with a customized estimate.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
